A decade of build-to-rent: what lies in store for the next 10 years?

We enjoyed reading this interesting piece React News, in which the British Property Federation‘s Ian Fletcher looks back on a decade of progress in build-to-rent, as well as looking forward to how the sector will develop over the next 10 years. 

He anticipates a bright future for BTR as the “healthy and maturing” sector continues to diversify. One of the clearest indicators of an increasingly diversified sector has been the inception of the single-family-rental market, and one in which Present Made has been a pioneering force. We were delighted to secure consent this month for Present Made of Eddington, the UK’s first ever purpose-built family BTR scheme.
