How do I sign up?
Present Made, Eddington will open in February 2025. Reservations open from November this year. To be the first to hear about updates, join the waiting list here.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely. We welcome furry friends of all sizes. And at Eddington you can even groom, pamper and wash your pets in our pet spa area.
What’s included in my rent?
With your furnished house or apartment, you get access to a co-working space, gym, cinema, pet spa, super fast wifi, onsite team and events programme.
Where are your neighbourhoods?

What can I expect from Present Made, Eddington?
A new rental neighbourhood 10 minutes from the centre of Cambridge. Design-led houses and apartments ranging from 1 to 4 beds that give you green space, cinema, gym and co-working space.
